ACADEMIC

The school year begins in February and ends in December.
The year is divided into three terms:

February, March, April and May

June, July, August and September

October, November and December

Classes begin daily with assembly at 9.00 a.m. and end at 3.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
On Saturday, the school will get over at 12.40 p.m.

The discipline is formation-oriented and is based on the concept of freedom with responsibility. Value Education and Environmental Science are given special importance at NPS. Mass and prayers are compulsory for Christian students. Special prayers are conducted on important occasions. Orientation programmes are organised whenever possible.
